Vision

We want to upgrade the interview process for companies and candidates. We believe that video interviews is one of the last frontiers in online recruitment.

The number of job interviews is expected to rise due to part-time work, shorter employment periods and free agents. This requires a rethinking of how first-round interviews can be organized as part of an efficient and fair recruitment process. We uniquely combine live, automated and video pitch interviews within one integrated platform that is easy and fun to use. Candidate pre-screening should be effective and fun for both candidate, recruiter and hiring manager. Cammio adds personality to the CV while offering a best-in-class candidate and employer branding experience.

Walter Hueber

CEO
Walter Hueber co-founded Cammio. He has worked in various senior management positions in (online) media. He has a strong international development profile, having spent a number of years working across Asia and Europe. He believes that the key to success in any business is developing a highly skilled and motivated team around a clear business strategy. His character is best described as change driven, constantly challenging the status quo, analytic, ambitious to achieve goals, but not status, creative and truly bureaucracy averse. Besides love for recruitment technology, Walter is passionate about trail running and mountain climbing.

Bas Dirkse

CTO
Bas Dirkse co-founded Cammio and leads the development team, but is also responsible for customer service and daily operations. He combines technology leadership with hands-on development. He is always looking for new innovations and technologies to adopt for real business scenarios. Throughout his career, Bas has gained valuable experience in working on large scale enterprise solutions. He brings over two decades of experience both in development and infrastructure. Bas loves music, and plays several instruments, his favorite being the cello. Photography is another big passion of Bas.

Henrike von Platen

Managing Director Germany
Henrike von Platen is Managing Director of Cammio GmbH in Berlin. She thinks and acts Industry independently with an international, business administration and informatics profile. She has high challenge awareness as managing director and supervisory board member, often with a focus on economic development and business site optimization. Business development in terms of start-ups or business expansion into new fields and regions connected with professional know-how and high efficiency, in addition to the ability to adapt well in seemingly impossible situations, distinguish her. In her spare time, you will meet her at various volunteering activities, or encounter her on the golf course.

Simona Iancu

Business Development Manager
Simona Iancu manages international business development at Cammio. She consults employers and agencies on how to best implement video interviews and assessments in their recruitment process to select better candidates faster. Bringing in-depth knowledge on usage of the Cammio platform in various industries and geographies, Simona advises on the suitable type of interview formats and optimal workflows based on best practices. She combines a clear analytical approach with a passion for online and recruitment. Originally from Romania, she enjoys exploring new cultures, loves the theatre and following online courses on a wide range of topics.

Niddia Paauwe

Marketing Manager
Niddia Paauwe joined the Cammio team to manage its marketing activities across Europe. She is responsible for marketing strategy, corporate communications and brand management. Niddia is from Zeeland province and is a true Marketing Communications professional with a passion for online media. She enjoys connecting brands and people. Niddia is challenged and energized by working with both high potential brands and people. She is a real neophile. She loves learning about new things and to embrace new opportunities. Her character is best described as result driven, ambitious, creative, trustworthy, social and sometimes a little miss perfectionist.

Marcel Rouwenhorst

Lead Developer
Marcel Rouwenhorst is lead developer at Cammio and responsible for our back-end development on our video recruitment platform. Marcel brings years of experience in advanced programming for cloud-based applications using video components. He has been involved in the initial development of Cammio and all following releases. Marcel combines a strong core technological skillset and toolbox with analytics and business logic. He is also a trusted partner for clients when it comes network configurations, easily accesible and a great team player. Besides being at the heart of the Cammio video recruitment technology, Marcel is a fanatic cyclist and a lousy guitar player.

Mark Vasse

CCO
Mark Vasse joined us to strengthen the commercial team of Cammio. Mark spent a good part of his career in Asia and brings with him valuable client insights, commercial experience and a dose of fun. At Cammio he will work with the team to build on the current client successes and accelerate the use of video-recruitment by companies internationally. He thrives in environments where there is no standard blueprint and plenty of room to create great client propositions. When he is off-line he takes his bag-pack to go camping, walk trails or cross borders to explore and experience.

Jan Meurer

Client Success Manager
Jan Meurer joined Cammio in our Cologne office, as a Client Success Manager for the German market. With his broad experience in project management, management consulting and the recruiting industry, he will consult our clients on implementing Cammio into their recruiting processes and advise them on best usage of the platform. In this role, Jan is able to combine his passion for recruitment and his consultative approach to make our Clients most successful in using Cammio. In his free time, you can find him hiking in the mountains or relaxing while reading a good book.

Clemens Hummler

Sales Marketeer
Clemens Hummler joined Cammio to strengthen Cammio’s presence in Germany. After having recently finished his studies in online media, he now designs creative approaches to Cammio’s growth strategy. He has great passion for marketing and digital transformation. With his knowledge of several languages, he makes our client and candidate support system even more reliable and personal. Besides the dedication to his work, he loves traveling, reading and playing cello.

Ikrame el Ghalbzouri

Marketing
Ikrame is our new marketing intern. She is currently studying European Studies at The Hague University, with a focus on the private sector. With her passion for social media and the ambition to excel in creative writing, Ikrame is a great addition to Cammio’s marketing team. Ikrame is passionate about learning foreign languages and experiencing new cultures. During her studies, she spent one semester in Texas, where she sharpened her English language skills.
