Your responsibilities:

| As a (Junior) Business Developer, you are mainly responsible for convincing potential customers of the scope of our solution.
| For us sales means “consultative selling”: You advise potential customers around the added value our solutions can offer. There are many success stories from our clients such as the European Union, Kantar/WPP and the Adecco Group.
| To ensure your success, we offer you a healthy mix of leads via our website, partner companies and growth-hacking colleagues, in addition to a professional onboarding.

Your tasks:

| You will approach decision-makers of companies in the BeNeLux and internationally and present our product with the means of of webinars, meet-ups, online and offline presentations.
| The goal is to show potential customers ways in which they can benefit from our solution in employer branding and recruiting by performing (online) demo’s and to bring the sales processes to closed deals.
| You will in your Business Development role look for commercial opportunities and synergies that the larger StepStone Group brings and find ways to tap into these.
| Co-developing creative marketing measures to increase interest in Cammio and video recruiting. You will work interdisciplinary with our marketing and client success team.
| Depending on your interests and skills, you are active in content marketing (including blogs, social media postings, video’s etc.) to share the benefits of video recruitment with the world and to build your personal brand.

Your skills and experience:

| Sales affinity and ideally also sales experience are the prerequisites for your success.
| High digital affinity: We are an online software platform and expect our team members to have a sound knowledge of digital recruiting topics.
| We are at the intersection of HR and Sales. We pride ourselves in having a good understanding of the challenges of our clients in the areas of recruiting & employer branding – affinity in the HR/Recruitment space is a plus.
| Desire for new things: We are a small team and invite everyone to contribute and develop their talents, within in their own expertise and beyond.
| Initiative and enthusiasm.
| Fluent in Dutch and English.
