Our software is used by companies in over 15 countries word wide. It is our ambition to add video to every single step of the talent acquisition journey. We currently have 2 offices (The Hague and Düsseldorf) and have recently joined the StepStone Group.
To support our growing client base, we are expanding our Client Success Team in The Hague. We are looking to add a tech-savvy expert in key-account and project management. You will become part of a team of 4 Client Success Managers, who are continuously making sure Cammio clients and their candidates can experience the full benefit of our video recruitment solution.
As a Client Success Manager your main responsibility is to support our clients in the implementation of Cammio and advise them how to use of video in their recruitment process from the moment they first engage candidates to their vacancy posting and interview process. You will be able to guide our clients in areas such as Candidate Experience, Employer Branding but also on procedural, technical and data protection topics. You will work closely with other team members in Cammio, including marketing, sales and development. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a client first attitude, organisational talent and creativity.
| You will master the complete life cycle of a customer – from onboarding and the implementation of our solution (with support from our IT colleagues) to the daily use of the platform – to renewals and up-sells.
| You develop well thought-out customer programs, processes and application solutions – including training, video workshops and customer consulting.
| You are familiar with the success factors of recruitment processes and advise our customers proactively on the application process, candidate experience and employer branding.
| You proactively collect feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product.

| Experience in B2B account management in an international context.
| You are fluent in Dutch and English.
| You are a responsible, enthusiastic person, and have a passion for technology.
| You have the ability and the drive to build long-term and sincere relationships with business partners and colleagues.
| Network in the HR environment, gained as a recruiter or as a provider of relevant technologies or services are an advantage.
