We are just getting started. The coming years will see a big wave of innovation where video recruitment and assessments go hand-in-hand to further automate talent acquisition to help drive fair, unbiased and engaging recruiting. This investment round helps us bring new technology to the market faster and let more candidates benefit from video recruitment.”

Funding will be used to increase marketing and sales efforts in key European markets with a strong focus on Germany. To this end Cammio has opened a new office in Cologne where it co-locates in a newly established HR Technology Hub with partners YoungCapital and CompanyMatch. Cammio has also formed a new Advisory Board. The board will help shape and guide the strategy of Cammio working closely with the existing leadership team. Industry veterans Bernhard Düttmann (former CFO at Lanxess and Beiersdorf), Patrick Paardenkooper (Partner at Dolfin Capital) and Paul Citroen (Chairman Dutch Pension Fund for the Staffing Industry) have joined the Advisory Board. They will advise Cammio on its continued international expansion and development of Cammio as the European video recruitment platform of choice for corporates and agencies.
