European video recruitment platform Cammio and global leader in talent acquisition and talent management solutions, Lumesse, today announced their partnership in video recruitment. Lumesse’s TalentLink customers can now use the Cammio video interview functionality directly from their favourite recruitment software. The partnership helps recruiters and candidates on the TalentLink platform to get a better first impression as part of the pre-selection process using the industry-leading video interview functionality provided by Cammio. The integrated video interview workflow is readily accessible for all TalentLink customers to opt-in to with no additional development or installation.
Video recruitment is rapidly gaining momentum across the world as employers are increasingly seeing the benefit of adding personality to the résumé. It allows them to save time and valuable resources while creating an enhanced candidate experience. The integration will allow users to access their existing interview templates and candidate recordings directly from their TalentLink account allowing recruiters to rate, share and select the best talent.

The integration will enable clients to use video interviews in a tightly integrated workflow and will help further increase efficiency in their recruitment process. It is based on industry-standard HR XML and is made available for automated video interviews as a first phase of development. TalentLink users can publish Cammio automated interview templates to TalentLink where they can invite available candidates for video interviews. The video recording is then shown with the candidate profile. The partnership will initially commence in Europe and will be made available to other regions globally going forward.
