When we first launched Cammio, we aimed to help candidates add personality to their CV using video. We believed that candidates are so much more then text on a CV, in a cover letter or an application form. Video helps them to show their full potential in a video interview with authenticity and motivation. And although we have continuously invested in technology innovation, we have always prioritized candidate experience. Conducting a video interview should be fun and engaging, always. This continues to be our commitment.
Our year-on-year growth in interviews exceeds 100% with candidates scoring their experience on Cammio 8.7 out of 10.
In 2018, Cammio has welcomed 8 new video recruitment experts to the team across Development, UX Design, Marketing, Business Development and Client Success. Our client base has exponentially grown with ever more organisations across Europe and globally, adding video recruitment to the core of their candidate selection process. This year, the Cammio family has the pleasure to welcome many prestigious brands such as Kantar, Douglas, Lindner Hotels and Holland’s Casino.
Our team has supported candidate interviews for clients across 5 continents and over 50 countries worldwide.
Cammio released a candidate chat bot that is not only used for candidate support, but also candidate activation and conversion. The innovation in Conversational AI was named after Alfred (Batman’s super-heroic butler). A new release of the Cammio platform presented a 100 percent app-free user experience on mobile, tablet and laptop/PC. The new release also included an iconic redesign of the user interface and optimised bandwidth usage with higher video quality to increase accessibility. Cammio also added 3 new languages in the user interface.
Our platform development philosophy is to continuously build on new features and bring ongoing innovation as part of our Cloud offering. And we won’t stop in 2019… promised!
An ode to our Partner Ecosystem!
We believe that we are stronger in an ecosystem where we can focus on our expertise in video recruitment while collaborating with strong partners who are equally passionate about recruitment. In 2018 we have added and strengthened many partnerships, including SAP SuccessFactors, d.vinci, cyquest, cubiks, TalentSoft and many, many others. It is a pleasure to work with so many great minds designing a seamless experience for both candidates and recruiters.
We see more and more cooperation with partners in R&D, joint product development, marketing and even co-locating in HR Tech Hubs. Stay tuned for more in 2019…
