Belgium railway employers HR Rail have started a collaboration with Cammio. HR Rail recruits and employs top talent for Infrabel, who work on developing and maintaining the infrastructure of the Belgium railways, and NMBS, responsible for the operations and service on the trains.
HR Rail will start using Cammio by recruiting graduates for traineeships at Infrabel. After an initial CV screening, Automated Interviews will allow candidates to elaborate on their motivation, experience, and showcase their personality.
Following the initial recruitment, the use of Cammio will be rolled out gradually within both companies. Besides Automated Interviews, Video Pitches will be used for sourcing candidates, and Live Interviews will be used as an alternative for panel interviews.
HR Rail is the employer of all staff of the Belgium Railways. HR Rail manages a social dialogue for these companies and works to provide modern services for recruitment and selection, internal mobility, payroll and social benefits.
