Why limit video to selected parts of talent acquisition when we know that video has become our primary language online. The entire talent journey should be able to benefit from the power of video. That’s why we’ve made it our new year’s resolution to ban text from the recruitment process entirely!

New colleagues, clients and partners

Our Cammio community has continued to grow in 2019. We had Annie, Bram, Sonja, Amira and Daan join our teams in The Netherlands and Germany. We are proud to welcome our new video recruitment experts who have already contributed to our success. We are also thrilled to see renowned brands and innovative recruitment teams join the Cammio client family. We have welcomed clients such as ESPRIT, Deloitte, Premier Inn, HR Rail and many more.

Our team has supported candidate interviews for clients across 5 continents and over 95 countries worldwide.

Platform Innovation: full steam ahead

The Cammio team has been working relentlessly on more platform innovations than ever before. Here are some highlights:

  • We’ve re-built the question library and the reviewer scoring features from the ground up to ensure the best possible user experience of the decade.
  • We’ve expanded our language footprint to 15 languages by adding Chinese and Japanese.
  • Our AI-powered predictive analysis tool Xpress Analytics received a refreshed look and feel, making it even easier for recruiters to gain a deeper understanding of their candidate’s personality traits.
  • The Video Pitch Widget was introduced to allow recruiters on the Cammio platform to easily generate an embed-code widget and integrate video in their application form.
  • Our most important innovation launched in 2019 has to be the video vacancy tool Cammio Stories, that allows recruiters to easily co-create unique video content for every single one of their vacancies in cooperation with their hiring team.

We’re thrilled to have taken those vital steps towards banning text from the talent journey altogether, but we also know that there is still some ground to cover.

We believe that we can deliver the most value to our customers if we can focus on our expertise in video recruitment, which is why we value our ever growing and evolving partner ecosystem. In 2019 we have added and strengthened many partnerships including Talent Hero, Cubiks, Aubi Plus, Haufe-umantis and our very first partner location outside Europe in Johannesburg, South Africa with Talent Smith.
