Fourth-largest Dutch municipality, City of Utrecht, worked with Cammio partner and assessment technology consultancy eelloo, to find 24 new trainees using a unique combination of game-based-assessment, capacity test, video pitch and a f*ckup assignment. When looking for the ‘civil servants 3.0’, eelloo applied its RH (Resource Human) vision where work is there for you rather than the other way around. This resulted in a selection process with a focus on personal talent and ambition.
