We are excited to welcome the international fashion brand ESPRIT to our Cammio customer family. Founded in San Francisco in 1968, the company has a presence in more than 40 countries and sells its products internationally in nearly 761 of its own retail stores and around 6,332 wholesale locations – including franchise stores and department stores.
ESPRIT’s entrepreneurial approach is to create an environment where work equals fun. It also aims to find employees who truly identify with the ESPRIT values. This is why it is particularly important for ESPRIT to get to know all applicants authentically and personally. The use of Cammio not only makes it possible to standardise and accelerate the recruiting process through structured interviews, but also offers applicants a modern and digital candidate experience. To start off, Cammio will be used to interview applicants for retail positions. Soon, video interviews in the areas of eCommerce and sales will follow.
The preparations for the big launch are in full swing: during two days of shooting, welcome messages, video questions and video job descriptions (Cammio Stories) have already been captured. At the same time, the interface with the SAP SuccessFactors applicant management system will be activated. After the Recruiter Training & Workshop in October, ESPRIT starts with the first countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This will be followed by an international roll-out to the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
