European video recruitment platform, Cammio, announced today their partnership with FSGroep, a leading service provider of intelligent solutions for intermediaries in the flex market. Through the partnership and integration, Cammio’s video interviewing functionality will now be made available in FSGroep’s FlexService software and HelloFlex online tools, allowing staffing industry customers to add video recruitment to their core service offering and enhance their overall competitiveness. This is unique in the Dutch flex market.
FSGroep’s FlexService software and HelloFlex online tools offer temporary staffing firms of all sizes a broad range of services including payrolling, billing and timekeeping, but also matching and management of vacancies and job candidates. Cammio’s extensive video recruitment functionality will help deliver added value for the FlexService’s and HelloFlex’s client base by offering them a way to fast-track hiring processes and present talent more effectively. The partnership provides users with a tightly integrated video pre-screening workflow to power their search for the best candidate while reducing recruitment cost and time-to-hire.
The integration of video will enable staffing and recruitment agencies to get a better first impression of the candidates earlier in the process and connect with them in more meaningful ways. Connected users will be able to easily embed video interviewing into their hiring process and watch, review and share candidate interviews in order to efficiently match the best talent. Staffing and recruitment specialist EP92, a member of the ABR Group, will be the first to leverage the integration between FlexService and Cammio.
