The program will initially start from its home market Germany and is expected to be gradually rolled out across other key markets and brands. METRO Cash & Carry will be join a growing group of leading retail brands, utilizing the Cammio video recruitment platform to improve their quality-of-hire by enabling a more visual first screening of candidates.

The cooperation in Germany between Cammio and METRO Cash & Carry will be initially focused on recruitment of in-store staff for its German store locations. It will help bring enhanced efficiency in the process for both candidates and employer though a first online interview allowing for easy scheduling and reducing of travel time. Cammio will provide METRO Cash & Carry with an integrated workflow in combination with its applicant tracking system D.vinci from Hamburg-based provider Delphi with which it recently signed a cooperation partnership in Germany.
