2016 Year in Review: What a Year!

The past year has been a breakthrough year for the video recruitment experts at Cammio with successful clients, outstanding growth metrics and plenty of industry accolades. Not only has video recruitment become a mainstream HR Technology component for more companies than ever, Cammio has also been recognized for our continuous efforts to make our clients successful by enhancing their talent acquisition process using our video recruitment platform. Our strong focus on client on-boarding, partners and innovation will ensure that we can continue to shape the definition of video recruitment in 2017 and beyond.

In the year 2016 3 times as much candidates were able to add personality to their CV when compared to the year before. That is an increase of +200%! And these candidates came from all over the world making Cammio a truly global video recruitment platform.

We proudly welcomed a record number of new clients to the Cammio family, including AIDA, GALERIA Kaufhof, BMW and AEGON. With end-customers in over 20 countries worldwide, they join a growing number of companies that engage with their candidates through video using the Cammio platform.

Growing partner ecosystem
Cammio fosters an integrated partner ecosystem because we believe that a combination of expertise is so much more powerful. We therefor welcome new partnerships with leading HR software providers including PeopleXS/TalentSoft, Oracle, LTP and Talentfinder.

International team
We have expanded our team with some great hires in the areas of customer service, technical support, sales and marketing. And we continue to hire as we have just opened our second German office in Cologne. This brings the number of nationalities in our team to 5 and counting.

2016 was a year full of industry accolades with prestigious awards and multiple national and international industry award nominations. Most notably the Cammio case study with client Hunkemöller has become a best practice in retail. Together we landed the prestigious awards for “Best recruitment campaign” and “Digital Employer Branding & Recruiting”.
