European lingerie retailer Hunkemöller, video recruitment provider Cammio and ATS provider HROffice Recruitment have received the prestigious 2016 Werf& Award in recognition of their joined recruitment campaign.
The awards set out to recognize the most exceptional and high-impact recruitment cases in the Netherlands. The joint Hunkemöller campaign was selected out of a total of 50 award-entries by an expert jury of 15 esteemed HR specialists. The cases were judged on a variety of merits including project objectives, strategic considerations, achieved results and impact of the case on the overall recruitment process. Shortlisted cases were subject to a nation-wide public voting round resulting in a total of 5 category finalists. Hunkemöller, Cammio and HROffice were awarded for their recruitment case by a final unanimous vote of the expert jury, confirming the impact of their case as best-practice for other organizations and hiring teams.
The award-winning case embodies an innovative approach to recruitment and modern use of technology. Built on the integrated technology of Cammio and HROffice, the high-street lingerie brand developed a complete new hiring strategy focused on ‘Hire for Attitude, Train for Skills’ principle. Placing video recruitment at the heart of their integrated process, Hunkemöller managed to enhance their recruitment process efficiency, improve their quality-of-hire and at the same time create a better candidate and employer branding experience. The company was able to demonstrate results such as longer average tenure, higher sales per employee and significantly improved hiring ratio, going from a hiring rate of 1 in 12 candidates to 1 in 5.
