At the end of June, the TU Career Center – due to Covid-19 – organised their specially designed career course in an online format for the first time. At the online opening event students and company representatives got to know each other in a structured and modern way through the “Chess Dialogue”. 68 students met 8 companies in a total of 272 interviews. The focus was on the accurate matching between technical science students and graduates as well as companies. The career advisors of the TU Career Center support students from the beginning of their studies to the start of their career and beyond with workshops, advice, events and a talent program.
“We have been working with Cammio for a long time and use the tool for the pre-selection of candidates for our talent programme. Thanks to Cammio, we were able to successfully conduct our associated interview day remotely despite the current corona restrictions”, explains Michaela Unger, Managing Director TU Career Center. With the help of live interviews via the Cammio platform, interviews could be conducted every 15 minutes during the all-day event.
