Together with our customer MOIA, we’ve been shortlisted for the renowned Queb HR Innovation Awards 2023. Queb is a nationwide German association of companies that strive for excellence and innovation in employer branding and recruitment (marketing). The association hosts the HR Innovation awards yearly with the goal of promoting innovation and sharing best practices. Both companies and tech suppliers get a chance to apply for the award. Cammio’s case in cooperation with client MOIA is one of the three shortlisted solutions.
MOIA is on a mission to make our cities better, safer and more beautiful places to live in trough rid pooling. In order to put this service on the road, MOIA Operations Germany GmbH has to recruit many drivers for the driving service and additionally all employees around the depots in a challenging labour market. That’s why the MOIA team made a strategic decision to create an attraction & selection process that maximally automated, effective, candidate-friendly and at the same time fair. To achieve this they went for a multichannel, video-powered approach. With the help of video messaging, video vacancies and automated video interviews among other KPIs, the time-to-hire could be reduced by one week and the response rate to sourcing messages could be increased by 46%.

The awards ceremony will take place on 6 June 2023 as part of the Recruiting Community Festival #RC23 in Berlin. Now that the jury has made a pre-selection, it’s up to the #RC23 audience to decide who will be honoured with the award. See you there and of course we’re counting on your votes 🙌🏆!
