If you don’t see yourself and you are just getting a black screen, you might not have allowed access to your camera and microphone. Please change the browser settings and allow access to the camera and the microphone.
The Clip can be seen by every person you’re sending the Clip to. Also, all Recruiter Users working in the same account can see the Clip unless you change the settings to “hide from other recruiters”. Admin Users can always see your Clip.
The Clips are getting deleted after a certain time. Please ask your client success manager for the account default data retention.
